The protection of the mature native forest, waterway restoration and revegetation has resulted in a significant increase in native wildlife.

Within the established native bush, newly planted areas and riparian waterway margins we have noticed a marked increase in different species such as:

• Fantail
• Pheasants
• Tui
• Wood pigeons
• Moreporks
• Dragonflies
• Frogs
• Koura
• Kokopu
